Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days after payment has been cleared. Shipping times vary based on your location, with the following estimated delivery times in business days:
- United States: 5-10 days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 days
- Canada: 10-20 days
- Australia: 10-20 days
- Europe: 10-30 days
- Rest of the world: 20-40 days.
Please note that these are only estimated shipping times and actual delivery may vary.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We use USPS for U.S. orders.
Due to our partnership with multiple global warehouses, we are able to ship products to any location where they are available. If your order consists of items from different warehouses, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Please note that the tracking number update for your shipment is controlled by our courier partners. It may take several days for the tracking information to become available. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no influence on the tracking updates.

Customers living outside of the United States may incur additional charges when the package arrives at the destination country. You may be liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties that may be required by your country.
Armilla Wear has no control over customs and other local taxes and we aren't able to tell you exactly how much you will be charged as these taxes widely vary dependent on each individual country.
Keep in mind that in most cases custom fees will not apply, but when they do, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees.
We are not international trade or tax lawyers. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Orders
Our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to return an order, we are here to assist you. Simply send us an email with your name and order number and we will guide you through the process. Please keep in mind that gift cards, clearance items, and buy one get one promotions are final sales and cannot be returned.

To return or exchange an eligible product, you must first place a new order and then return the original one in unused and unworn condition. Upon receipt, our team will process the refund for you. Please see our refund policy for a step by step guide.
You may only cancel within 2 hours from the time you placed your order. Anytime after the two hours, we can try to cancel the order if it has not been processed and will be subjected to a 10% cancellation fee which will be deducted from the subtotal. Shipping cost will be fully refunded. If the order has been sent to the warehouse and is currently being processed, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Once we receive your returned product(s) and have been approved, we will process the refund which could take for your bank to receive within 7 days. You may also contact your bank to check the status on the refund.
Customer is responsible for shipping back their order(s). You may choose ship back your order once it has been approved by our returns team. You may contact our returns team at returns@armillawear.com. Please note, customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product(s).
